Delayed Luggage
Recently my wife and I flew to Ft Lauderdale on Spirit Airlines. When we arrived her luggage was not there. Spirit customer service at the airport explained since we were leaving the following day on a cruise that we were entitled to purchase up to $1700 worth of items and clothes. Has anyone encountered this experience with Spirit? Did you settle or recieve reimbursement for expenses from Spirit?
